Wish you an year of quality education

The month of April and May has gone very fast. It is now you are back to your class rooms. The learning atmosphere is undergoing significant changes over the years. It can no way compared with those of our predecessors. Now Learning is the duty of the student rather than the teacher. Becuase techers have been instructed not pressure or punich students but just guide them towards success. Again the mind set of the students also different. Few of them want to enjoy the college days, some others need just to pass the exam at any cost but won't study. very few want to learn and understand things. this time i have only one advise to the students. the time is for value education. please keep your eyes and ears open. analyze what is happening in and around you and form your own openion on every thing and become a knowledgble person. never mind whether it is in syllabus or not. ultimately knowledge is important that will help you one day or other. i am sure a hard working students always find opportunities to express his abilities and get appreciated. at this juncture of new acadamic year i wish an year of value and quality education for all.

Also read Complete procedure for availing FDP Salary of the Substitute Teacher The salary of the substitute teacher, appointed by the University in place of a teacher selected for award of teacher fellowship, will be reimbursed by the UGC. The University/College will make a fresh 44 appointment of a substitute teacher in accordance with the prescribed procedure of the UGC, on the minimum Pay Scale prescribed for a Lecturer. If the substitute teacher is appointed on a pay scale higher than the minimum pay scale of a Lecturer, the grant towards reimbursement of the salary of the substitute teacher will be restricted by the UGC to the minimum scale and the balance amount will be met by the respective versity/Institute/College or by the respective State Government. If the post vacated by the Teacher fellow is filled by transfer or deputation, such a substitute’s salary will not be reimbursed. The substitute teacher must be appointed on a full time basis.
