 Yes, the evening of 16th April 2011 was the culmination of an one year old mission of larning the most popular Data Analysis software, SPSS (Statistical Programme for Social Science). The whole SPSS was covered in 14 sessions spread over One and half years. The course was organized by the Department of Commerce of KG College Pampadi under the supervision of Dr Harikumar sir. It was our privilage to learn it from such well renouned statistician like Dr. K.Kalyanaraman sir. To be frank this rare gathering of research scholar from across kerala under guidance of eminent personalities from the field of research and analysis have really opened up a new horizon of knowlege sharing and set a model for others. Dr Harikumar sir deserves special appreciation for making this innovative venture a great success. The monthly gathering of reaserch scholars helped themself to share and update information and there by lead to a better reasearch. i personally express my sincere thanks to Dr Kalyanaraman sir, Dr harikumar sir, Dr Nalini madam and all other scholars for theri kind co operation and support throught the programme.

Also read Complete procedure for availing FDP Salary of the Substitute Teacher The salary of the substitute teacher, appointed by the University in place of a teacher selected for award of teacher fellowship, will be reimbursed by the UGC. The University/College will make a fresh 44 appointment of a substitute teacher in accordance with the prescribed procedure of the UGC, on the minimum Pay Scale prescribed for a Lecturer. If the substitute teacher is appointed on a pay scale higher than the minimum pay scale of a Lecturer, the grant towards reimbursement of the salary of the substitute teacher will be restricted by the UGC to the minimum scale and the balance amount will be met by the respective versity/Institute/College or by the respective State Government. If the post vacated by the Teacher fellow is filled by transfer or deputation, such a substitute’s salary will not be reimbursed. The substitute teacher must be appointed on a full time basis.
